A shimmering medium ruby-purple core with a light purple rim, the 2021 Laurène Pinot Noir sports scandalous aromas of fresh macerated strawberries, cranberry sauce, grapefruit zest, milk chocolate, and black tea. Spicy on the palate with gobs of acidity, ne-grained sweet tannins, and tilled earthy notes that hit the back of the palate.

The Laurène gently caresses the palate like the rider’s steadying hand on a skittish horse. Aromas of lavender, dark raspberry, hay and the salinity of an ocean breeze swirl gently from the glass.
